hey ! to anyone questioning their own plurality !

try out the label for a bit, whether it’s with someone you’re close to or just yourself(ves). if you find out you’re plural, yay! if you find out you aren’t, no harm done!

letting myself& try calling ourselves plural is what helped us most during our syscovery. if we never worked up the courage to, we’d probably still be in a doubt spiral

it’s okay. you’re allowed to call yourself plural. you aren’t hurting anyone, even if you find out you aren’t.

Jamie: As someone who has done some digging into both pro and anti spaces I see a lot more ableist language in anti-endo spaces, and a lot more harassment towards endos, and their supporters. My system has previously undergone verbal aggression by sysmeds. We have been told to take our own life, been called multiple slurs, and have been told that we don't deserve to have our diagnosis since we are "pro ando and clearly don't care about our disorder enough to need it." It's just very interesting how they claim to want to protect pwCDDs as well as want to be against ableism, but then go ahead and make pwCDDs feel unsafe in their own spaces as well as use ableist language to do so.

Mixed traumagenic / endogenic culture is being unofficially diagnosed with DID and being unable to even find any community or resources on here because of all the fighting and syscourse 🥲

Half tempted to make a new blog to pretend to be neu/anti on so I can actually try to get some form of community help and answers to questions, but I know that would be the worse option in the longrun
