By ZA his eyes are much less sunken in but he has to keep a very specific diet for his health's sake, and he wears a long-sleeved version of Racine's uniforms now that he's got the option to actually take care of himself correctly.

Btw Yuzu, Sudachi, and Daidai are all named after citrus fruits because of Koga and Janine's JP names, Kyou and Anzu: a bunch of citrus fruits...and two apricots. It's thematic tree fruit naming.

21ish in BW, 23ish in BW2. 30s(?) in ZA. He doesn't know how old he is. (or his birthday!)

The eldest of the Shadow Triad, a trio of siblings acting as Ghetsis' Enforcers and N's bodyguards. Yuzu is the one with the most sense of will left, and as such, after BW2, did not stay in Icirrus City. (Also...he's kind of wanted by interpol for Team Plasma's bullshit.)

For practical purposes it's worth noting that Yuzu is the ST member who comments on things with what seems to be a sense of yearning for emotions (noting that while he feels nothing towards N's room bc it's normal to him, the player might; bitterly and flatly stating he can't captivate people's emotions so all he has is bruteforce), and that eventually, "saved" and kept fed though he may have been. He was the one who just believed in the idea of cherishing a pokemon outside of their balls, and training them to stay with you. He was there because...cult...no out for him...and because he'd gone from nearly dead (being saved when young is definitely going to fuck you over on getting out) to being formed into a human fucking weapon...the loyalty was certainly able to waver the older he got.

As of ZA he very much did retool what he'd been forced into learning so he could be helpful. He'd rather do hard labor than anything else, and enjoys his job at Racine Construction, though he barely speaks. Does not use pokeballs.

Bonus lore: Yuzu's family is a rival branch family to Koga's. Yuzu and his siblings were the family failures, and as such faced a Severe amount of neglect and abuse as children.

btw the ST brothers DO have names on this blog. Yuzu is the eldest and has an absol. Sudachi is the middle and has a banette. Daidai is the youngest and has an accelgor.
