My grandfather died over the summer. A very quick interesting tidbit about him (as I don’t want to get too personal); He was born in 1920′s France. When the wars rolled around, his father fought in both and my grandfather went to work for the non-occupied government as a scientist. After the war, he went on to invent a crazy amount of things including, but not limited to, the Concord airplane. It was a weird feeling to stay in his house without him actually in it. I will miss him. I tried to use this as an exercise in some stuff I struggle with, like limited color pallets, so this comic took me longer than I thought it would. It was good practice!
