Jakob led him to one of the back rooms. The sort that was normally barred to guests. To his chagrin, Jakob realized that he hadnât cleaned the back rooms in quite awhile. It appalled him to note the alarming amount of dust that the room had accumulated. If this wasnât an emergency, he wouldâve given in to his distaste for the mess and told the good officer to return later, after heâd cleaned.Â
The chief of his security, Gunter, noted the pain that twisted upon his face. He smiled in that knowing way of his, and bade Jakob and his companion to him.Â
âWhatâs this about?â Gunter asked, utterly calm despite his bemused smile. He knew that itâd annoy Jakob.Â
Jakob, thankfully, restrained the urge to retch, and answered just as calmly, âitâs a missing Pikachu. The officer and I require your assistance in locating it.â
âThere are plenty of them about,â Gunter replied. âIs there any means of identifying it? Officer, do you know the approximate time it disappeared, and couldâve presumably come upon the mansion?â
âA pleasure to meet you, Jakob,â the agent remarked with a nod of the head before promptly following the other gentleman along.
Looker had to admit to himself that this place was quite impressive- both inside and out. Heâd made note of this mansion before, however, he never expected to actually walk in its presence like this.Â
As they wandered through the halls and soon came upon a new area, he had taken notice of the stranger that resided within. A tall, older, and stern looking man was hasty to give Looker a glance-over. Whether it was in judgement or curiosity could not be said for certain.Â
Before he could introduce himself, the older fellowâs question snatched his attention and he was quick to respond to it.Â
âThis is only a minor way of identifying it specifically and that is its notched tail. Unfortunately, the trainer doesnât have a tag or item on it. Ah, but I do recall it having a nickname! Hikari, I think it was. I apologize for that not being to incredible of a lead...â
