‘The Battle of The Bastards’ is poorly written:

So ‘The Battle of the Bastards’ won an Emmy for Outstanding Writing. To be blunt, no, it did not deserve it. The show in general doesn’t deserve it, but this episode in particular doesn’t and i’ll tell you why. Strap yourselves in, this is gonna be a long haul. I don’t really wanna talk about the merits of the episode on it’s own, though i will go into that. No, what i wanna talk about is the sheer idiocy of the battle itself, the inaccuracies and how they all tie into the show and the characters and how it could’ve been done better. So let’s start.
