Not a huge rant but I was thinking about the SkyWing royal bloodline?

With the rules set in place for the Dungeon Isle, Mulberry being able to leave is a direct result of his relation to the original SkyWing royal bloodline and the NightWing royal bloodline. Beryl has two sons, Mulberry and Canyon, who married Queen Scarlet. His other parent, as we know, is obviously not a SkyWing, and yet he still has royal SkyWing genes. This means that Beryl is a descendant of the original SkyWing royal family, and by extension Canyon. Essentially Canyon was more of a royal than his wife or Tui accidentally wrote incest LOLOL I’ve been thinking about this since the book’s release and I’d just like to see if anyone else has thoughts on this or if there’s a chance I missed something?

I think because the bloodlines are so far removed from the originals (EG the original queens who made the bloodline rule) they've had so much time to spread out over Pyrrhia that technically any of the skywings could have royal blood. It's very similar to human bloodlines as well. I'm sure with the rest of the Arc we could see more of the skywing history - maybe there was a revolution or something similar to the sandwing sisters where a 'non-royal' took the throne in the past, we just don't know yet.

How to make them into a GIF:

Step 1. Edit the base however you like (I used MSPaint)

Step 2: Crop and save each frame individually as PNGs (Note for the lick base: It's best to crop them to include the black boarder. This makes the GIF 50x50, which is the standard DeviantArt icon size and can easily scale larger if need be.)

Step 3: Go to ezgif.com/maker and upload all your frames

Step 4: Set "delay time" to 10, then click "Make a GIF!"

Step 5: Right-click the result and save it. Congrats! You used a GIF base!

flat top's scared of thunderstorms so dustin will hold his hand when it rains

dustin has a little garden and they like to hang out in it a lot! flat top doesn't really get the concept of seeds though so if he finds random flowers while out on the tracks he'll just rip the whole thing out and bring it back to dustin to "plant"

dustin makes flower crowns for flat top! (brick gets one too)

flat top will absolutely go to bat for dustin. he might not be the strongest but he's scrappy and he will pick a fight with you if you're mean to dustin!

flat top doesn't smile a lot bc he's self-conscious of his teeth but dustin thinks he has a very cute smile and does his best to make him laugh :)
