In all honesty, I had a lot of trouble with drawing the second picture (my original drawing) so I decided to redo it, as you can see with the first picture. Iâm not particularly proud of the original but I decided to put part of it here just as a bonus snippet.
Gift for @cuckoo-clover using the prompt fairy lights.
EngBelg Secret Santa for @the-ask-hetalia-italian-trio-blr ^^ I went with the prompt angst, albeit it's only a Jane Austen levelled angst.
I imagine the story to be a human au set in the 19th century. Arthur and Bel (? Belgium's human name is subjective so let's just call her Bel) had a fight, causing Arthur to leave. Decades later, Bel moves on with her life and starts a new family, then goes to Arthur's bookstore for old time's sake. However, she discovers an engagement ring, an apology letter, and a book she had always wanted. Arthur had expected Bel to follow him and so he left those clues for her to find. She found them alright-- only by then it was too late.
It is time to start the Secret Santa gift giving!
