So my Bailey Legacy isn't accessible- because Ambitions is gone from my computer, aaaand I don't actually own it- I'd borrowed it from a friend. So I have no clue when I'll be able to get back to them. :(
Thus currently I'm on this family; the Forrest family. They aren't technically a Legacy, because I made both the Sims that started it. I started with Valencia Forrest (Sitting here reading next to the ghost of Spot Little Dog, from the Chesterfield household.) who I spent all of her Young Adulthood having her take care of little kids as a daycare.. person. But it gets a bit lonely to be a single lady with just a dog (Captain. He's been my favorite pet that any of my Sims have had thus far.) and if she wanted any babies of her own, she needed a man.
Wellll finding a suitable townie to start a legacy with is pretty difficult when your Sim is completely swamped with work, trying to get a little bit of sleep and giving a dog constant flea baths. So I thought "Hey, I'll just send her to Champs Les Sims, she'll get a pretty French boy." Uh, well. Problem. She's broke as hell.
Now I could have used a cheat code to send her there- it really wouldn't have been any more cheating than making her a guy- buuut I feel better about making her a husband and throwing him into the house next door than I do making money magically appear in her account. I dunno why. I prefer not to use money cheats.
So this guy. Regan. I marry them off, move them to a slightly better house and they have 3 sons. I give you full permission to laugh at their names, too. Because I do. Frequently. Allyn- only one without a funny name. Aeneas- because I'm a Latin dork. And Achilles was born last. Allyn is really the only cool one. The other two are total brats. Buuut Regan wanted to raise 5 children. Because he's pretty crazy. But at this point he and Valencia have just become elders. So at this point I have a few options. I can:

Work like crazy, get Lifetime Points for a Young Again potion for each.
And I chose the hard one. 'Cause where's the fun otherwise?
I managed to get the potions. I got them the day that both their life meters were completely full. Because apparently I'm just a bamf.
So now the parents are a few days younger than their eldest son. Weird. Anyway, they get to work on those last two children pretty quick. Twins, in fact. Girls. Dido and Helen (more dorkiness.)
But they also wanna see Allyn get married- so I work on that. I send him to Egypt to find a wife. (did I mention they're all rich at this point? Regan's a head chef.. They own property... Valencia was a pretty high-ranking journalist and gets a ton of royalties on books.. Yeahhh)
So I find him someone cute. Her name is Nepthy Hawas. But she's kinda.. married already. But I kinda... don't really care. I spend Allyn's vacation getting them up to Romantic Interest level, and then invite her over when he gets back. It takes very little convincing to have her break up with her husband and marry Allyn. She has two kids, though, which I was not expecting. She's barely 3 days into Young Adulthood and she has a teenage son and a child-age daughter. Damn.
I invite her son from Egypt, so then at least one of her kids can live with them. He turns out to be way more fun to play than both Aeneas and Achilles (who I sent to boarding school, because I don't like them.) And so I let him stick around and go to public school. He gets a girlfriend at Prom- and wins Prom King. And when he grows up, him and his High School sweetheart get married and move into a house together. While his step-grandparents are just becoming adults again, and his mom is having another baby. Sim-time is really weird.Ā
