You can collect something like up to 3 litres of water in one, rain or river water. In fresh water, they can be used to catch fish. Obviously, they're elastic and made not to tear and can be great for adding compression to wounds for long periods of time. You can also use them as a great tourniquet if you absolutely have to. They're small, sterile and light weight so are great for things like covering burns or open wounds too. If you fill a condom with water, it creates a lens and can be used to magnify light to start a fire and if you secure a condom over a gun barrel  it will prevent it from clogging up with dirt, dust or water. I'm not sure about the rabbit though..

Also, no.

If doctors are motivated by making money per procedure you will get things like unecessary tests, pushing expensive options on patients (basically why America has more births by C-Section than most countries, when it’s mostly an emergency operation elsewhere). It’s actually more hospital administration taht’s at fault, not individual doctors.
