Enjoy the teaser of Reanimate, the second track on our Psychasthenia EP.
This track is meant to be a return to form for Equilibria. Busy lives made writing music hard for us but now that we’ve gotten consistent jobs, we can get together much more often.
We’re back!
Due to busy lives, we’ve both had difficulty getting together to be able to work on music but we finally have something ready to show you.
No full release yet, but here’s a preview of one of the VIP’s we’re working on.

I’ve been working on this for the past month and after getting close to pulling my hair out trying to get the mixdown perfect, I’m calling it done.
Big thanks to ThemeFinland for allowing me to use his artwork, as I felt it matched really well with my unrest writing and producing this track. After having the stems to this song sit in our folders for ages, we decided now’s better than never to finally do a remix to this now classic track. Seven Lions has always been a huge influence on us, and while we weren’t a group when this remix competition was going on, we certainly wasn’t going to let that stop us from not venturing into unfamiliar, yet familiar, territory, A “return to form” per se for us as we mix Complextro and Trance (not to mention many others) yet again but as a more uplifting track with a dark underbelly.
We shall be releasing the full track this Wednesday as a free download in both MP3 and WAV formats. If you’d like the full track now alongside many others, consider supporting Equilibria on Patreon! Late night, early album release!
A year and a half. That’s how long this album has technically been in the works. And it’s ready.
We’ve just uploaded a ““short”” mix of all the tracks together to give you a taste of the album and to announce that we’ve started a pre-order for the album now!

All tracks composed!!!!!
Mixdown is still very rough (recommend turning your volume down a bit) but me and Karl are flying through this track and we’re loving every bit of it. We’re already 3/4 of the way through the track and momentum keeps growing. This snippet is of the beginning of the first “drop”/chorus.
Also here’s an update on Dawn of the Machines in picture form:
I know the text is impossible to read but all the green should give you an idea of how close we are to everything coming to fruition. 3rd column is when we have finished composition on a track and the last one is to be filled when we make the final render before releasing the tracks.
Boy am I late in posting this.
Forlorn Hope is the 9th track and 2nd single off the album/LP, telling the story of the humans beginning to lose hope as they watch loved ones get taken away and the very one-sided battles between machine and man.
The album, Dawn of the Machines, is getting closer and closer to fruition, making a release at the end of August look more and more realistic. Everything’s been flowing and we’ve had little issues post-production.
I’ll be posting the links to buy/stream the track in a reblog, since Tumblr hides the posts in a tag if I put the links on this post. Otherwise, all the links are on Youtube, so use this as a redirect if you wish.
