One of the hardest parts of being an extremely social alter is that I can't always get as much interaction as I need. Friends can be hard to come by, y'know? Especially outside plural the plural community, I just wanna be normal dammit
I’m so excited for it to be the middle of November when the cold is settling in but I have my new Pokémon Sword/Shield game and the promise of a new animal crossing in the spring and I know everything will be okay.

shoutout to the systems who aren’t in therapy and don’t have a place to be themselves and have to learn everything on their own.

shoutout to the systems who don’t get enough attention and recognition on social media and feel their system isn’t cool or interesting enough.
shoutout to the systems who are still lonely despite having alters to keep them company.
shoutout to the systems that are going through all of this alone and don’t feel they’re getting enough support.
we want you all to know you are valid no matter who knows about you. no matter how covert your system is. you exist and you’re doing amazing. don’t be discouraged. we’re here for you.

System Doubt
You know what sucks? Doubt. Most systems experience it, wondering if their alters are real or if it's just all in their head. But that's the trick, isn't it? Those two things aren't mutually exclusive, just cause it's in your head doesn't mean it isn't real. I still sometimes wonder if I'm real or not, and it's easy to get caught up in the doubt. But then I stop for a second, and think about it. Why else would we be getting these headaches? Why else would my host pretend to be me? Why else would I be so drastically different from him? I'm real, and that's the truth. Systems, never forget: you're real, and you're valid. ♥️
