mango pickle Recipe Eram's kitchen/आम का अचार/अचार बनाने की विधी/आम का अचार बनाने का तरीका
Preparation Time 10 min
Resting time 8 hours
Ingredients
200 gm Raw mango ( cut in slices)
200 gm musturd oil
5 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp methi seed
1 tsp kalonji
2 tsp saunf / fennel seeds
Salt to taste
Method
Mix all the ingredients with mango and leave overnight.
Now pour the mixture in a jar and add sarso tel by full covering the mangoes.
Keep 1 week in sunlight or area where there is warmth of sun .
Your mango pickle is ready to eat.
