Alright time to actually pull out my lawyer skills!
1. I didn't know the usernames of most of the people involved when the rock throwings started
This can most likely also be proven by other people, since I followed most of the people after the poll dropped. I can send another screenshot of my following list but I know that's not exactly solid evidence.
2. I had no idea who the rock thrower was before the incident
I'm not super active in regular gimmickverse spaces, so I had never heard of the blog before. Unfortunately the only proof I have of this is the date I followed them, proven by these screenshots I took yesterday. Marmalade can likely confirm the date we became mutuals but I'd prefer if we didn't drag them into this as they had absolutely no involvement with the situation.
3. The typing styles don't line up
I'll admit right here that I am extremely careless with hiding my typing style on sideblogs. Here are some examples from blogs where I actively try to hide my identity.

4. The timeline of who was hit doesn't line up
If it were me, of course I would have hit Michael first. However, I would have then gone on to my partner, then likely Kane next, and other friends who I specifically knew would find it hilarious such as Sirius, Grim, or others. I do not, at the moment, consider myself part of the friend group involving the server considering I only joined a few days ago and don't know anyone, so I wouldn't risk doing this to a group I hardly know. I'm extremely socially anxious(my friends can likely back this up) and I would be worried that it would be intrusive or annoying or something, and if I'm being honest, I don't want you guys to not like me. So I'd save the rocks for either just people I'm very comfortable with, or for later when I get more comfortable with this group.
This is the video I took when trying to prove I was unable to follow a sideblog and immediately discovering I actually could. If I knew I could and followed anonymous-rock-friend anyway, I would not have then doubled down enough to take this video. Also, if you look at the time, you'll notice it matches up to when I said I was going to take the video. Currently it is several minutes after 4:00/16:00 for me.
I know much of this is based on "you gotta believe me" or "ask my friends", but isn't everyone's argument? I at least have a decent amount of screenshot proof. Besides that, I am also going to offer one last thing to you:
I am willing to, in some sort of private chat, show every single sideblog I own, as well as every blog that's connected to a separate email, and the sideblogs I share on a friend's account. All I ask is that you don't tell anyone what they are, because I happen to own a lot of blogs that I'd rather not have my main connected to.
