Very unpopular opinion, but Pluto is literally smaller than the moon, it is also smaller than Russia in terms of surface area. It also doesn't orbit on the same plane as all the other planets. So, as cute as Pluto is, I would not consider it a full planet. Here are some useful images showing this:
