I attempted to copy the style of the character portraits in Hypnos... for what a friend called my Hypnosona. XD My god this is a HARD style to emulate! So colorful and textured! My weak spot!

So I have been playing HYPNOS : the maze chronicles and... If you had told me about adding a gun to BLACKSHARD, I would have called you tone-deaf. But lo, how wrong I would have been- XD I was ignorant of the potential of humor it would have added! Because everything is better in Hypnos. The map traveling, the gameplay... and we still have breathtaking vistas, with a world that changes with you, and characters that are colorful and unique...! Sir Grégouin has my heart. KING ETIENNE MY BELOVED!!

Ô Labyrinth and your Pale Faces, ô esotheric concepts with oneiric rules and powers, ô the ability to walk in nature and watch ruins and wonder and reflect... Ô morality and the cost of divinity! I am incredibly excited for the game to be released in full. I got to the misty ship and I started screaming that it was over too soon. So my DM has been actively trying to kill my monk lately. And try as he might Kelmi is HARD TO KILL. (please kill him. Please. I want to watch the fireworks. I want to watch him haunt the narrative. I want his benevolent shadow to HURT far after he is gone!)

Military grade demolition charge in a bag in his gym? Evasion, baby! (He might be suspended from work for a while) Attack at his house? Countered by special spies from the under city that he has befriended. (He now needs to relocate) Ambush in a backstreet? ...Now THAT has had some result! :D Because Kelmi and his sibling (a new player at our table! :D) got stuck in a loop of "I'm not leaving without you!" and so they both stayed and fought until reinforcement arrived. Kelmi did go down, and his sibling Pan got to watch void fuckery happen live to bring him back :D And he looked like this was a tuesday for him. We are going to have some s'plaining to do, folks!

Morgen Sardonis, Chapter Master of the Wings of Dawn! I am finally done with his portrait aaaah! ;u; I am so happy it took something like 24 hours total to paint!

This is where we're coming from! That was 3 hours of blocking. The REST has been rendering, and ouch ow my bones, but it was worth iiiit! :D I can finally stop harrassing him to stay in place!
