I’m in an emotionally abusive relationship with myself

Grief & I are pretty well acquainted by now.

These past 2 years have been significantly difficult for my family and I with the losses of multiple loved ones but with the recent passing of my grandpa, my ability to stay strong and keep it together and be this pillar of strength for myself and my family completely diminished.

Every loss I’ve experienced in the past two years has broken me and taken a piece of my heart

And I’m angry and I’m so tired of hurting.
