37. Session with PT then Beginner Ballet Fitness at the Underground Dance Centre Lovely morning with my fitness bud, Bhar. Lots of legs and heavy lifting with PT. Then did a butt crushing dance class with the beautiful Derek Friday. Xx Boom!! Worst thing: No ballet game whatsoever 😂😂😂 Best thing: Finding that I have more endurance and can work through the burn 🔥🔥🔥 Watching the graceful dancing from the other ballet students in the class.

35. Session with PT "I got mine. Did you get yours?" Worst thing: Trying to eat enough before a 5am workout. Best thing: Being able to do 20 jump squats in a row. Couldn't do 5 without stopping a month ago. Getting stronger!!
