Just a few of the children who lost their lives yesterday at Sandy Hook Elementary. All of them innocent and precious, now GONE.

My heart goes out to the families and friends of all those who lost a loved one in this horrific tragedy.

I just recently found out about his tragic story from a friend. I couldn't help but cry. To the families..I am so sorry for your lost. You are in my prayers. 

Remember the lives that were taken. 

People are so into who the shooter. Remember the names of those that lost their lives.

AT THE END OF THE DAY...

It is your decision to choose.

It was my first time surfing yesterday and one of my classmates was a 78 year old woman. Everyone there was babying her. During one of our breaks she came up to me and thanked me. She thanked me for not "babying" her. In reality, I was just trying to avoid her. She talked to me about her younger years and how she never did anything. She had soooo many opportunities but she decided to not go for them....out of fear. She use to live a pessimistic life. The last thing she said to me before she went out to surf.

"You can either choose to be happy or be sad....And one day I slapped myself in the face and told myself to get out there. To live. "

She left this world yesterday.

Adele is amazing! Her songs just gives me goosebumps no matter how many times I listen to her songs. 

I had the opportunity to be at the VMAs..I in the back but the music echoed and I was in a high from all the music that was playing. It's hard to explain. The stage was amazing! MTV just keeps getting better visually with their award shows. The only thing I miss are the music videos. I really do miss TRL (Total Request Live). Google that! 

I'm base jumping tomorrow!
