Roof pool. Amazing, I would love one of these.

Day 45 - Thursday 1st July

Today was so lovely. Woke up, went to my free breakfast then decided to go back to bed, cause you know. I worked hard, I deserved a nap. After my well earned nap I went to the roof pool. Which was amazing! Met a paparazzi at the pool. He was shooting Liverpool Football club here in Bangkok (they had just left the country).

In the evening Andrew and I ventured out around the area of our hotel. Walked down some street markets and had a look in the biggest shopping centre ever (not really but it was big!). Got some last min buys before leaving Thailand.

I’m headed home tomorrow. Which both excites me and makes me sad. I am excited to see all family and friends. I miss everyone so much.

Best thing about my hotel is the curtains. It is currently 10am and sunny outside yet this is my room. I wish I had these back home!

Day 44 - Wednesday 31st July

Today was just another pack up all your stuff and move again day.

On the plus side this is the final move to another hotel. The next move will see me arriving back home at the end. This I’m very excited for. I miss everyone so much!

So our flight today was just a short one. We flew from Phuket back to Bangkok which is only a short 1.5 hour flight so it was barely anything. Then a quick taxi ride to our hotel and we have arrived at one of the best looking hotel rooms I have ever seen in my life. I love this room.

Goodbye Laguna Resort! It's been so much fun! Headed off to Bangkok tomorrow and home on Friday! So excited to see everyone I miss them all so much!

Day 39/44 - 25th/30th July

As I haven't really done much this week (as it was the plan) I will just do my resort week in on post. Pretty much the same thing was done each day. POOL! And I love it. I would wake up around 12, get up, swimmers on and head straight to the pool for swimming and tanning until around 2-2.30 then I would come back for a spot of lunch then usually head back to the pool or have a nap. It's hard work I tell you. This resort isn't very good at all. NOT! It's amazing. Having such a good time! Mum, please note I have been very good with sun cream. I have only got burnt once and it wasn't too bad. Plus it has now turned into a tan and hasn't peeled! Yay! Over the week we have now been to the Phuket Night Markets twice and I have loved them. I'm now less stressed about haggling. But I still don't enjoy it immensely. We walked all around the markets sussing everything out before we bought a few things. Had a good time and we had such a good taxi driver the first time we went into Phuket markets we rang him again to take us the second time and to take us to the airport tomorrow.

Day 38 - Wednesday 24th July

We then flew from Dubai to Bangkok (more hours waiting here). Then on to Phuket from Bangkok. Three flights in one go. That's enough. It was exhausting. Once landing in Phuket we had to catch a taxi to our resort. Not arriving until around 7pm that night. So it was a very long 24hours of flights and airport waiting. We were glad to arrive at the resort finally!

Bazaar

Day 37 - Tuesday 23rd July

Today we decided to head back to the Bazaar for a couple of hours as our flight wasn't until later in the evening. We had plenty of time to kill and what better way to spend it than back at the Bazaar. We then flew from Istanbul to Dubai back on Emirates again so I was a happy girl! Flying is so much better with them. Best company I have flown with. As we were landing in Dubai at the end of this day. Ill finish the rest of the journey on the correct day.

More palace. I could get used to this place!
