The third quarter of Empowerment Technologies focused more on developing practical digital skills that we can apply in real-life situations. During this time, we worked on creating and managing online content, such as building simple websites and organizing information in a clear and presentable way. These activities required patience and attention to detail, especially when using tools that were new to me. I have learned that creating digital outputs is not just about design, but also about making sure that the content is meaningful, organized, and easy to understand for the audience.
In the fourth quarter, the lessons became more focused on applying these skills in a more purposeful and responsible way. We were taught how to use technology not only for academic purposes but also for communication, collaboration, and even future career preparation. I have learned that being digitally literate means knowing how to use different platforms properly, while also being aware of online ethics and responsibilities. The tasks given to us helped me become more confident in using digital tools and working independently, even when facing challenges.
Overall, both quarters helped me grow as a student in this digital age. The third quarter built my foundation in using technology, while the fourth quarter helped me understand its deeper purpose and responsibility. These experiences made me more prepared and aware of how important technology is in my studies and in my future.
