I had a weird dream

Dreams are fucking weird.

What do you mean that after multiple dream hours of just talking my mothertounge and suddenly captain Price bursts and starts yapping something in english with his accent and takes the whole dream over.. fucking Brits..

I dreamt I was trapped on a little mountain island being chased by a giant quadrupedal Winnie the Pooh the size of a hippopotamus

First the island was life-sized and the ground was made of yellow canvas. Later the island was a tabletop model with nice-looking rocks and trees, and my friends were gathered around the table telling me where to hide.

Spider

Had a dream that a very aggressive and tiny spider was after me. I was ripping its webs off of me, they were like thick cords of sticky yarn.

I had a dream that Joe Biden kept trying to sneak back into the white house to become the president again and he had a variety of silly disguises like in one he was wearing a big moustache and top hat and introduced himself as Job Iden and tried to sell trump snake oil and trump was super interested until his moustache fell off and then JD vance was like "wait a minute.. that's joe biden!!" amd he was like "welp, gotta run, see ya later jack!" and then all the evil white house staff were shaking their heads cus joe biden almost sneaked into the white house and the newest aid was there and she was like "That was a close call, Mr President" and his new aide was actually kamala harris wearing a big cartoon wig and they were all too distracted by joe biden to notice

I hate that ‘bad dream’ just means ‘nightmare’ instead of ‘shitty quality dream.’ I had a bad dream last night. It wasn’t scary it just didn’t make a lot of narrative sense

I keep having dreams about meeting people again I used to know, even decades ago. It's always hard to deal with situations that had no closure, that never were, etc. I'm not only confused but almost like sad about missing out on those relationships. My only solace in the relationship that ended in childhood are that the likelihood that they slid right on the political scale is greater than a left slide, so I can't be too upset about not keeping those relationships lol.

Also I painted cow print on my nails and it seems like it didn't completely cure so now I have a little bubble to play with :)

Had a dream that I went to a solstice/Christmas party and we did a white elephant gift exchange and I ended up with a Yankees cap as a gift which would be fine except that the whole thing apparently recreated a local ritual where the person who receives the "crown" would be hunted and killed by the wood deities

Dreamt about trying to use a bathroom when there was no privacy. Dreamt about going to a museum with my father and they’d totally redecorated in this more modern style and I had this realization that all the employees were actually my age.

Dreamt that I started having dreams about being one of Batman’s sort of adopted kids, complete with traumatic backstory and struggling to find a place as a young vigilante. I was trying to explain to an old friend that I really didn’t believe this was some kind of parallel life, but that the recurring dreams were actually very consistent and vivid.

I had a dream that people started using the 🪷 emoji as a reaction and it was universally understood to mean “kill [] and you will be reincarnated as a lotus blossom.” Like someone would talk about going to the White House and people would spam 🪷🪷🪷 in the replies, and everyone just knew without having to be told that that meant “hey you should assassinate the president.”

Somehow seeing my highschool ex in my dream last night… was more distressing, than almost being caught by the cannibal murder cult.
