she shrugs one shoulder noncommittally, in the universal gesture of won’t argue with that. vasya’s rarely met a demigod who hasn’t been through the ringer when it comes to attempted murder. as for herself, she’s learned to put a positive spin on it: something to the tune of if no one’s trying to kill me, i’m not trying hard enough.

man like, vasya is Fun And Irreverent almost all the time, and she handles unpleasant behavior directed toward her with remarkable good humor, but there are things that make her angry, and when it does happen it’s glorious. seeing wild things (especially magical creatures) held captive and mistreated gets her furious, and god forbid you try to torture or humiliate someone in front of her, because she will interfere and ruin the fun. idk idk i just think it’s interesting that vasya is so disgusted by cruelty, often to the surprise of people who don’t know her well

i will say though, i don’t know if this is me having a lingering complex from the days when the rpc was worse about ocs, or if i’m picking up on something real, but i do feel like we still have double standards for ocs. i’ve often felt like i’m expected to tone down my muses’ abilities so they’re not as powerful as canon characters, and i’m like... babe we are all writing comically OP characters here. i’m not going to godmod your shit but this is a two-way street
