I feel like these two would be the type of couple to have a valentines day competition to see who could make the other blush first with saying lewd things to each other. The winner gets control of the bedroom ‘activities’ for the week. Emma has won like once since they started the competitions.

This is for @dailyhetalia on Instagram’s contest for 500 followers!

Summary: Emma is nothing like a jewel. She’s not something you want to buy or show off. She’s a flower like a gladiolus. She is beautiful and you admire her, letting her light up the room and add life to the world. She holds sweetness that the bees seek and the beauty that queens and kings spent years searching for. But unlike the typical rose or white lily, she is strong, determined, and honorable. You don’t just compare Emma to any flower for all that she can be gladiolus.

I suppose that the easiest way to summarize the way I see Emma is to compare her to the nectar from a flower. She’s a sweet drink that brings joy to many without even realizing how big of an impact something as simple as her smile is. Many come and get something from her and she never can give enough of that love, joy, or sweetness.

Or perhaps she is the sweets that she bakes on those lonely nights where the rain pours and life is still. The sweet sugar on top that our daughter loves so. The attempts to whisper in Spanish that although butchered, warm my heart. As if I would be able to accomplish any different in Dutch.

My hands ache as I write this and my head spins, but the bleak world deserves to know the beauty of the woman I married. I wrote one of these for my daughter, but now I write one of these for the love of my life.

Word: Amputate Setting/age: canonverse, 2.000’s.

“Léa…” Antonio asked one day as they lounged on her sofa after breakfast, each absorbed in their own thing. 

“Yes?”

“Would you still like me if they amputated my dick?" 

Léa looked up from her morning crossword, blinking in confusion at her friend and occasional lover. She knew better than to take seriously everything that Spain said, but his face seemed serious and pensive. She cocked her head to have a better look into his eyes. 

"Who is ‘they’ and why would you have your penis amputated?” She asked carefully.

Antonio turned around his phone, showing her the screen. “AREA RACCOON DICK AMPUTATED BY VETS! YOU WON’T BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED NEXT!” The title read in outrageous caps-lock all over the screen. 

“Oh honey!” She bust out laughing “Did you go down a rabbit hole of click-bait again?" 

Antonio pouted "No…” He didn’t sound very convincing. “A man takes any penile matters very seriously." 

Still giggling, she settled down by his side again, cuddling up to his warmth. "So what happened next to the poor raccoon?”

“I don’t know. My phone froze on that screen. I think it downloaded a virus." 

Oh boy…
