I got lucky today and claimed my 1st Phoenix Pet! Got the mean one this time! 264 days to get this. Hope is restored!

Finally got the Nex Pet at 2035 kills total! Huge shoutout to my friends who kept pushing me for this grind and also helped me out with duos and stuff! Also, congrats to Isacan for winning my 50m Nex pet giveaway for guessing the closest to my actual drop kc! On to the next one! 15/28.

7 March 2016 - True Trim Update

Hey guys, time for another True Trim update, and this time there are quite a few additions to True Trim overall. My good friend Emba delved into his tucked away notes and found quite a few more requirements which I will list. Also, the new miniquest “Tales of the God Wars” was released today. Unfortunately, there are no new reqs with the quest itself other then to complete it, but there were a few additions in the patch notes this week.

Emba’s New Reqs

Player Owned Ports - Completion, all special crew unlocked, all superior rewards

Mudskipper hat and flippers recieved

Perfect rune ceremonial swords (I-V)

Delivered Longramble some tangled toad’s legs

Cleared the shortcut to the Kalphite King

Ceremonial sword one-time xp rewards

Exhausted the silver ore rock in Al Kharid

Filled in all information for Ali the Wise, Gwir, and Derni, Dernu and Miodvetnir

Enabled Rory and Amelia to retell the Myreque quest series

Dungeoneering Resource dungeons xp claimed (including the Worldbearer ring)

All Invention blueprints discovered

Icthlarin’s LIttle Helper - final cutscene and one time dialogue with pet cat

The Chosen Commander - post quest dialogue from Duke Horacio and Johanhus Ulsbrecht

There is another update where Lord Iowerth’s and Lady Ithell’s dialogue has been changed post The Light Within. However, we still need to investigate this update to see if that changes any current requirements or adds a new one.

March & 2016 Goals

Hey guys! I haven’t really been around to do my January or February goals so I figured I’d wait until March to start this years goals. So, here they are!

March Goals :

Nexterminator Pet

At least 3/6 Legione Pets

KBD Pet

1.5b Total Xp (1.43b atm)

120 Hitpoints (119 atm)

Really, no skilling goals for this month. I am determined to get the Nex pet and I should be getting it soon, but with my recent RNG, who knows!

2016 Goals :

120 Runecrafting

200m Range

120 Invention & Re-Trim

2b Total Xp (1.43b atm)

20m+ Base Stats (Hunter + Crafting left)

Insane Final Boss (to include GWD 2 and incoming Raids pets)

Extreme Insane Final Boss (Normal IFB + Penny + Eddy + Krar Jnr + Lil Tuzzy)

And that’ll be it for yearly, I personally feel like Extreme IFB will be the biggest grind of the year, so I don’t really want to limit myself with xp gains, although I plan on 120 Runecrafting from my dailies now that I am complete with dungeoneering. 200m range I’ll snag through IFB and Invention will probably come along with it as well. cheers :)

Important news

It’s been a very long time since I last wrote anything on my blog. And I wish it could’ve been a more positive update, well to me it’s a positive one just depends how you look at it I guess.

As some of you may know recently I’ve gotten back into gymnastics (progressing good btw) and my exams have started. And because of these 2 things I’ve realized something important.

I just don’t have the time for all the things I care about and Runescape, so I have to cut something out and Runescape is the best thing to cut out of my life. You might think I could just play casually, but I play Runescape because I enjoy progressing at a pace nobody else can and having more knowledge about efficient gameplay than anyone else and I can’t do that while achieving the things I want to irl. Go hard or go home and I’m going home for now.

I might come back after exams are over and the stress leaves my system but I hope the other interests and obligations will quickly fill the large amounts of time left behind. I definitely have a lot more things I care about than when I started playing rs to fill a void, these being @sneakytrinky and gymnastics. And I’ve just felt happier and more approachable since I last logged out.

Once I make this decision permanent (or a bit beforehand) I was thinking about sharing the methods I was going to use to finish the remainder of 5.4b and any spreadsheet that has to do with that. I will be using my own characters xp and resources for this instead of calculating it down for someone with 13m base stats though. Hopefully you’ll be able to understand the reasoning and adjust the numbers to your own characters xp/resources. I’ll only cover post 99 since I my max road had plenty of mistakes.

If I do decide to quit for good I was thinking about turning this into a gymnastics progress blog. I probably wouldn’t post too often though because I like seeing big jumps in strength/mobility rather than small ones.

22 February 2016 - True Trim Updates

Its been a while since I’ve made one of these updates so here it is. Since it’s been so long I’m not really going to acknowledge seasonals or any other none True Trim update that’s been released.

True Trim Updates :

-All Illuminated God Books must be placed in your POH Bookcase

Bandos

Armadyl

Ancient

Zamorak

Guthix

Saradomin

The items, Lab Coat and Lightbulb Hat from Invention must be made and placed in the Magic Wardrobe in the POH Costume Room.

And with the obvious, 200m Invention is now a requirement for True Trim.

Re-Maxed on my 5th day of being back to RS and training Airuts Invention! Skill isn’t too bad, I hope they plan on implementing more useful training methods in the future. However, I am happy to have my boss portal back so that’s always nice. :) Going to casual slayer my way to 120 Invention now I guess.

Problems with my True Trim Spreadsheet

Hey guys, over the past couple days I have become aware with a few issues on my True Trim Google Sheet. I was being swamped with emails of people requesting access to certain pages of the document. Somehow, my 2nd and 3rd part became unviewable to anyone but me, which has since been fixed.

Also, I apologize for the lack of updates within the spreadsheet itself, which still hasn’t been updated since before the Master Quest Cape was released. I got a little lazy with my own grind for the Cape that I never did update that part of it. Since, I’ve been in training for the army since the beginning of January and haven’t had access to a computer.

I am returning home within the next 24 hours and will spend the next week or so grinding max back and updating the full spreadsheet.

Been away from home for about 3 weeks now! Can’t say it’s been the best time I’ve ever had but definitely not the worst. Only a bit over a week to go and I’ll be home again! Invention hype is real, I can’t wait! See you guys when I get back :)
