In all seriousness, this is a real issue. We have to be taking into account everything that goes on. Scientists are really disciplined people, at least in my experience. But this, however, is just lazy ass bullshit. Blaming depression on technology is like blaming the missing slice of cake on the heaviest person in the room. You have to analyze the fucking problem before you draw a conclusion. It's lazy. It's disrespectful. It's downright fucking disgusting. I'm sick of this shit. People need to realize that school and peers are a MAJOR influence in a person's mentality. Because it's the same environment and people... EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. And when there is toxicity, it carries on to the next day. Then the day after that. And the next day. And the next day. And so on. It's simply unacceptable to just disregard the issue. Because... believe it or not, THERE ARE A TON OF FUCKING PEOPLE IN SCHOOLS WHO ARE DEPRESSED BECAUSE OF THE INFLUENCE OF THEIR PEERS. You can't blame this shit on technology. If anything, the tech helps take it away for alot of cases. People need to get their shit straight, especially for something like this.
