i saw the very talented @mstarcreatesnot 's void cayde which you should go and look at here! so i thought id try my hand at alternate arc cayde. gonna lie, i like the lighting for the mock up i did a lot more than the final piece. however im going to post the finished thing and give it another crack when its not 3am. but he turned out pretty good

im 100% going to be doing versions of him in the other subclasses

i think my next attempt will be a more cell shaded look like this

it’s late and I’m still processing that bungie is done with destiny and I’m sad and bleh

but it bewilders me how bungie fumbled this

this amazing world story characters lore etc etc

idk it’s just heartbreaking to me destiny and Cayde are the reason I’m still kicking

If you woke up in your destiny characters body, what would you do first? It could be in any time, any place, but what what would you do first?

I know if I woke up in my warlocks body I would probably go see Cayde and try to befriend him. Maybe see if he would be interested in sharing some stories with me and just, be okay with me hanging out with him for a little bit.
