Okay, but jokes aside. I really don't want any drama or harassment or anything like that, but it genuinely baffles me how many times I've seen blatant whitewashing for this game. Thankfully its not as bad as in other fandoms, but the number of these things should be straight up zero.

How do you come into a game whose entire identity is built upon most of the characters being poc and then throw it all out of the window? Gacha games are right there for you if you wish to draw light-skinned person number 387635.

Worst is that many folks who do it are clearly skilled artists who could execute it perfectly if they just gave a bit more care. It's not hard to color pick, I promise. (And in this specific case, it goes even beyond the color of the skin - why would you straighten out a character's hair when it's clearly textured?)

Interesting news regarding a possible My Little Pony reboot in 2027?

My understanding is that the screenshots are from a Brazilian licensee group. As the screenshot indicates, the panel is only open to licensees and is by invitation only.

I'm very curious about what is next for My Little Pony after the brand has been quiet for so long. As always my main hope is for good toys. (Manifesting nylon hair.)
