THE TERMINATOR (1984) Directed by James Cameron
I like to keep this handy. For close encounters.
Michael Biehn as Dwayne Hicks in Aliens
It doesn’t mean we’re engaged or anything.
Michael Beihn as Hicks ALIENS (1986)
Ripley and Hicks: Making each other laugh.
“We’re all in strung out shape, but stay frosty and alert. We can’t afford to let one of those bastards in here.”

This is a Kyle Reese’s goofy grin appreciation post.
All the feels…
Kyle Reese and Dwayne Hicks: A comparison
“Hudson sir, he’s Hicks.”
Aliens (1986):
“ Ellen Ripley is rescued by a deep salvage team after being in hypersleep for 57 years. The moon that the Nostromo visited has been colonized, but contact is lost. This time, colonial marines have impressive firepower, but will that be enough? (IMDb description).“
After watching the first movie a while ago, I was curious about the sequel. The first movie gets a lot of praise, but this one gets the same, if not more praise. The amount of good things that I’ve heard related to this movie got me really hyped and…I think it was an ok movie. Honestly, I defenily prefer the first movie. It’s not that this one is bad, but the first movie made a bigger impact in me. I bet when this movie was released, it was incredible (and still is, mind you). I may prefer the first movie, but this one is still entertaining and interesting. Once again, Sigourney Weaver as Ripley is the best part of the movie. She’s such a phenomenal actress, and this movie really shows how great she is. The rest of the cast is decent as well. This is a pure fun action movie and you can’t go wrong with that. If you liked the first movie, don’t expect this one to similar. The first one was more of a thriller, while this one is more of an action movie. Both movies are fun for different reasons, so check them out.
Corporal Dwayne Hicks, a member of the United States Colonial Marine Corps, part of 2nd Battalion Bravo Team - Aliens (1986)
John Connor gave me a picture of you once. I didn’t know why at the time. It was very old - torn, faded. You were young like you are now. You seemed just a little sad. I used to always wonder what you were thinking at that moment. I memorized every line, every curve… I came across time for you, Sarah. I love you; I always have.
Favorite scene in the whole movie! #Meanttobe !
