The son of Kimi’s Senior Race Engineer gave him a card before the race. His son’s reaction to Max winning is the cutest thing.

“What’s the greatest benefit of having Seb on the team?” “He likes everybody! He’s a real team player. I think at Ferrari people didn’t really see the real Seb….”

“What’s the greatest benefit of having Seb on the team?”
Mikey: He likes everybody! He’s a real team player. I think at Ferrari people didn’t really see the real Seb. I think he got lost in the whole Ferrari thing, no fault of his own, but I think coming back here, I think he’s super chill, he’s enjoying his driving, he’s enjoying being in the garage with the guys, and it’s not just our side of the garage, it’s the whole team
Matt: He’s a whole team player, he’s not (just) for one car
Mikey: I think getting the podium earlier with him in Baku was a real good kick-starter, and unexpected for us with the car we had, so that was a good evening
Matt: I think a benefit is he focuses on driving, and he just gets everyone on the same page, and he’s making sure everyone is pushing to the maximum
Mikey: He’s an amazing driver, he really understands how a car works which helps massively
Matt: He’s also very mechanically minded, I don’t know, it probably comes across, he’s got obviously his whole f1 car collection, and bits like that, and he likes and appreciates the sport and he appreciates what we do, which is nice

time to add a musician to the list.
would you please explain the roc 2017 stuff? I know what it is but I don't know what happened that year, but I've seen people mention it before. Thank u!
spoiler: it was the funky german boy
in seriousness,
seb and pascal (wehrlein) were supposed to race for team germany that year. while competing in the champions cup against massa, pascal crashed out and had to be taken to the hospital and withdrew from the nation's cup the next day (him and the passenger walked away but he did have to take a month off to recover)
seb spent the night at the hospital with pascal keeping him company for ~ 7 hours and the next day competed in the nations cup alone. he competed in 8 races (twice as many as the other finalists) and won every single one of them beating drivers like jenson, coulthard, montoya, tom kristensen and the busch brothers
you can watch a compilation of his races here
tl;dr: sebastian vettel is perfect
