Day One:

Yesterday was the first day of my roadtrip and it was a beautiful start. We left at 4.30am and our aim was to get to the Highlands for sunrise which we managed to do. Our first stop was Glen Etive which became a magical experience as we met a small herd of deer! They were fairly brave so we were quite close to them. We continued down the track and started the morning soaking in some stunning views. We then went to the Glencoe Lochan Trail, again, absolutely beautiful. We spent the last of the day getting to our lodge and doing a bit of shopping ready for today's adventures 🌲

Heading home today but what a week it has been. Had a lovely time, seen some beautiful sites. Was great to get away for a while. Have a few stops planned for the journey home, so the adventure isn't quite over yet ⛰🌲
