Does anyone else prefer fiction over reality?

I love books, i love fiction, i love the ideas i have in my mind, i love fantasy I am a hopeless romantic when it comes to books, movies, shows, but I do not wish any of it in reality, in fact if something fantasy-like or romantic does try to happen I feel like it has ruined how i had pictured it in my mind/how it was supposed to be? IDK what am saying PLS tell i am not the only one who feels this way
