I tried a small reflection exercise recently.
It didn’t explain me. It didn’t label me.
It just reflected how I tend to respond under pressure.
Noticing patterns doesn’t tell you what to change.
It only shows you what keeps repeating.
Awareness isn’t motivating.
It’s just… hard to ignore once you see it.
I used to think I was reacting to circumstances.
Now I’m not so sure.
At some point, thinking stops moving forward and starts circling itself.
Different situations. Same reactions.
It’s uncomfortable to notice, but harder to unsee once you do.
