I usually try and hide the fact I like kpop, unless I’m around a certain group of people or when I’m on tumblr. I’m supposed to be an adult and do adult like things. I’ve been put down by my loved ones for being passionate about kpop and a certain group of 7 that have made me proud to call myself an ARMY. I don’t hide it as much anymore. I have gotten into fights with my s/o about my love for kpop in general. Justifying it as he has video games and I have a group of 7 korean boys that make me laugh and feel better when I’m down. The thing that’s off putting to most I suppose it’s cause they are real people, so there’s this stigma there. It isn’t like loving anime, that’s more widely accepted. Or any other niche for that matter, as long as it’s fantasy... it’s more acceptable than the love of kpop and having biases and such. Us as kpop fans get engrossed in our bias groups, we start feeling like we know them, well their public persona while catching little glimpses of their true selves and treasuring those little bits like gold. We all care about them, we all want the best for them. We all spend exorbitant amounts of money on their merch, and concerts to be near them. Kpop fans are some of the most passionate people I’ve ever met. Also the sweetest. What I’m trying to get at is, don’t ever feel down about the fact that you like kpop. Yes people might ridicule you, but it makes you happy so ride with it. There will come a day when you’ll grow out of it, but I guarantee you’ll look back on the times you had in the fandom with fondness.

I’ve been on hiatus for a long time. I’ve pretty much accepted fading in to obscurity. :’D i had a lot of fun drawing bangtan, but I really don’t know when or if I’ll be coming back at this point. Thank you though, I really appreciate it.

gogo heart event ♡

It seems like I've been on Hiatus for a while. I’ve been doing some soul searching, and working constantly. I feel like I’ve gotten myself on track financially now. I just need to work on every thing else. I’m gonna be real here for a second. I’ve pretty much cut myself off from a lot of friends. It’s hard for me to balance friendships and adulting. Much less drawing, also bettering myself emotionally and physically. I’m taking things one step at a time I suppose. I apologize for cutting myself off.
