1600s Salem Witch Trials - Valentine Grey
Brought up by a strict family, keeping to various rules and traditions on a daily basis.
Younger brother was killed by a group of witches, although he only caught sight of the last one leaving the crime scene.
Made a public accusation of witchcraft, but as he was unable to recall the face of the girl, the magistrates gathered all the blonde maidens in the town.
Very serious; very calculating. He is over analytic more often than not -- barely knows how to let himself a little loose.
More intelligent than he appears to be, as he often spaces out in thought.
Easily frightened and unnerved, but does his utmost to attempt at a stoic countenance when such situations arise.
79 AD - Seneca Julius Vespasianus
Born orphaned, but was taken in by the director of the games that took place at the amphitheater. He was an elderly man whose wife could not bare a child, although they both wanted on desperately.
His father's wife passed when he was eleven, which was when his father began to enforce a stricter lifestyle of purely training. He was abused when he would display "weakness."
Raised to become a gladiator that depended more on his wits and intuition for entertain purposes, rather than his physical prowess, although he was relatively strong and swift.
Particularly fond of battling animals, although his "father" would make him dual the occasion gladiator to spice up the evening.
Health nut, quite honestly, and makes a point to act condescending.
Immature. While he is quick and intelligent in the arena, when it comes to conversing with actual people, he's a bit of a dick. He's impudent and pretentious; he sees the world as though it revolves around him, quite egotistical.
Has a terrible sense of time.
1967 - Rodney Carmichael
Brought up with by a single mother after their father walked out on them when he was fifteen. He's taken the role of the "man of the house" ever since.
Has no other siblings, and so whenever he's home, he dedicates his time to caring for his mother.
His mother is kind of a recluse -- a shell of what she used to be, therefore he does the cleaning, cooking, and grocery shopping.
Quit school to take up three jobs taking place at different times throughout the day.
Leader of the Greasers in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with a gang of seven other boys.
Pyromaniac, but does his utmost to prevent from getting caught/even attempting under the consideration of his mother.
Has an excessive hatred for the Socs given his living conditions. There's a part of him that both envies them for their wealth, but has a disdain for them because none of it was earned.
Charismatic, often sweet-talking his way into get what he wants.
Very self-sacrificing and loyal. While he isn't naive, he'd take a bullet for someone he cared for. When you come into his life with a white flag, you're kind of stuck there.
Ship Breaker - Moby
Got his nickname because he's a dick. I kid you not, although sinking other ships is also his specialty.
1940s mob - Chester âCheshireâ Woodrow
Little is known about him, much like the character he was nicknamed after, although people know he is often seen smiling.
Embracing his surroundings in silence, he never cared to associate with others, or form any type of tangible relationships.
Has an inexplicable love for humanity, and finds pleasure in noting their every reaction, from chaotic, to joyous, to even miserable.
Sadistic, finding particular enjoyment in frightening others. He's quite dark, having a cruel sense of humor.
Extremely confident and crafty, which leads to arrogance to a certain extent.
Many believe he is demented, which is a disease he'll proudly agree to have.
It is highly debatable whether or not he plans out schemes before him, or makes them up as he goes.
Analytic; calculating. He's also quite the observer. Because of his inexplicable fixation, or "love" rather, for humanity, he's carefully watched them over the years, and has developed a knack for noting even their slightest of ticks.
Manipulates others in order to receive some sort of response out of mere curiosity of seeing if his assumptions of their behavior are correct or not.
Always tells the truth, in order to maintain some sort of respect.
Trivial conversations and connections cause him to be easily disinterested. He consider himself his only companion.
Initially a neutral party in the mob war, meddling in both sides as an informant, he was marked as an enemy due to his brief affiliation with a blonde.
2000 Forrest Gump - Raleigh âRJâ Joel
Born to an average family with mild wealth, living in a rather large home despite having no other siblings.
"A naïve and slow-witted yet athletically prodigious native of Alabama."
Enjoys being imaginative, from finding creative ways to get himself out of his lapse of boredom to simply daydreaming.
Had to wear leg braces when he was a child, and was bullied by the other children in his school because of this.
On a bus for his first day of school, he meets a blonde girl with whom he immediately falls in love.
In regards to the girl, he often tells her he's in love with her, etc. but is far to shy to ever actually pursue her. Even the mere thought of holding her hand sends nervous chills up his spine, and causes goosebumps to arise.
Very caring and self-sacrificing. While he isn't the brightest bulb in the pack, he makes up for it with his way with people, having a fairly lovable personality.
"One day, while fleeing from some bullies, Raleigh's leg braces break apart and fall away and he discovers that he can run very fast which, despite his below-average intelligence, earns him a scholarship to the University of Alabama."
"After graduating, Raleigh enlists in the United States Army, where he befriends Oscar "Ozzie" Orlander, and they agree to go into the shrimping business together."
Ironically, he isn't allowed to eat shrimp due to religious reasons.
Before he's deployed to Vietnam, he visits home for one week to see "the love of his life."
1600s-1660 Davy Jones and Calypso Atlantis 1800s Ellis Island - Mikhail Dvoynev
Born to a hard-working family of four, including him, in the Northern district of St. Petersburg, Russia.
Has a younger brother, Abram Dvoynev, and a younger sister on the way.
Because of his lust for adventure, he decided to immigrant to New York with the money he had saved from working odd jobs all of his life.
Very outgoing and talkative; he enjoys spouting random facts he learned about other countries, particularly America, like an excited little puppy.
One of the most polite gentleman you'll ever find. While he wasn't raised with such discipline as you might expect, he's utterly respectful in both his speech and mannerisms. Heck, he'll even refrain from profanity and address you quite formally unless you say otherwise.
If war ensuedâŠthen that was the best of their ability.

MAP OF EUROPE
Belenus (or Bel): originating from the Cisalpine Celtic language, meaning "the shining one, or the bright one." He was considered a deity of light, worshiped in Gaul, Cisalphine Gaul (present Northern Italy), and in Celtic areas of Austria, Britain and Spain around the third century B.C. Despite having shrines from Aquiela on the Adriatic, to Kirkby Lonsdale in England, he was particularly associated with Cornwall, West Cornwall being anciently called Belerion, the place of Bel. He was the Celtic sun god, and in the Roman period, was often identified with Apollo. His festival is Beltine ("Fire of Bel"), celebrated on May 1. On this day, purifying fires were lit and cattle driven between them before being allowed out onto the open pastures.
He was forged from the last fires of fallen men; their blood laced through his veins. He was quick, flickering like a flame, with a voice that singed the tops off mountains.
He had a touch that melted his prey; a step that caused steam arise from his feet. He was the brightest of the gods, and yet the darkest of them all.

Guild Wars 2 Denravi, The Shattered Henge concepts by me
Wendy felt the wind begin to pick up around her, washing her long brown locks across her face as she settled deeper into the seat, reaching across to grab a book from the desk. The cover was green and beginning to fade, it was a collection of Aesop tales. Sheâd never been too fond of them but they would have to do for now. Her aunt had presented them to her as a gift and she felt it only right to read them all in order to demonstrate her gratitude. Her attention was caught when the light in the room dimmed some, it was not a thing of the lamps but a thing of the moon. The light it had been emitting into the room had been blocked, perhaps by the clouds. However, as Wendy reached up again, kneeling on the seat and shoving the curtains completely open a tiny gasp escaped her cherry lips.Â
âHook.â
Chills immediately shot up his spine, followed by goosebumps trailing rapidly along his bare skin. So blatantly taken off-guard by the sudden utterance of his name, Jas pulled his extended hand to his chest so hastily that his feet stumbled back against the tip of the window's outer sill from its force. Nearly falling off of the stone perch and onto the evening streets of London, he gritted his teeth as he attempted to regain his composure, slowly gripping a curtain the other brunette had pushed just barely in his reach. Pursing his lips, the pirate kept his eyebrows furrowed as he pulled, with a look of disdain painting itself over his previous, more soft countenance. He crossed his arms once he regained his proper footing, and breathed with a raspy tone, "Hello, Wendy Darling."
Tiny lights flickered on as Wendy stumbled into her room. It was difficult to turn the few lamps on while her hands were filled with new thick books. Reading was not quite the same any longer. It felt odd, to try and enter other worlds through literature. For some reason the words seemed dull, like she knew that by sitting there at her desk and reading she was not accomplishing much. She set the heavy pile on the wooden desk her father had gotten for her only recently to replace the old one her brothers had broken and found herself wandering toward her window. The lace curtains rustled slightly as the wind came in. Wendy parted the two and looked out, London was quiet now, dark. She sat upon her window seat â this night felt different but she always told herself that, always expected much more than what happened every night, nothing. There was something there however, someone, someone in the shadows.Â
Jas' hand clasped the handle of the Jolly Roger so tightly, his knuckles were bleached an unsettling white. With his jaw clenched and his eyes narrow in scrutiny, a drop of sweat trickled down his temple uneasily, although he promptly swept it from his face with the back of his grime-speckled hand. Gritting his teeth, the pirate attempted to gulp down his discouragement and pursue his course â pursue his trek to London carelessly through the moonlit sky at an unusual haste. He had traveled on his own on numerous occasions, and yet, at that moment as he passed illuminated wisps of clouds, he felt as though he was vulnerable. Releasing a few exasperated breaths, never had he felt so exposed â so raw at his core, yearning for his usual companionship. Quite frankly, the sensation tore at him; it made him agitated as he tightened the sails to slow down the heap of flying wood.
Naturally, she was the reason, of course. It was always her that made him feel as though his legs were limp, and his frigid heart could feel anything other from hostility. She was exactly why he found himself parking his ship before her residency, nestling it quietly between the roofs of the English homes. She was also why he stepped from the comfort of his plank hesitantly onto the windowsill he knew all too well. She was.. right there, seated on her window seat just beyond the curtains that shielded him from his impending confrontation. She was just barely in his reach, which caused him to absentmindedly extend his hand towards the brunette through the thin lace. He realized, as he allowed his calloused fingers to slowly penetrate the air, that he wanted to grasp the attention of someone he thought he knew all too well.

Wendy: Adventure is quite the tempting word. But joy and adventure are not necessarily tied to one another. One never knows how an adventure could wind up, it could bring no happiness at all.
Hook: They are tied together as though they're a knot, my Darling. If you stuck 'round me long enough, and not that forsaken Pan, well, maybe you would be more enlightened. A pirate's adventure always winds up just as they want it to, whether you believe so or not.
Wendy: And what if you wanted it to end badly? What of it then?
Hook: We do not. There's a difference between ending a circumstance badly, and ending a circumstance in our favor.
Wendy: Oh, you always did have a way with words, didn't you?
Hook: Only with you, Wendy. Always with you.
