Eucon Homestuck Panel

Hello! My name is Victoria and I have been a part of Hosting the Homestuck panel in Eugene Comicon (Located at Eugene Oregon Lane County Fairgrounds) twice in a row. (first time was a co-host.) Here anyone can audition for the next upcoming panel, and I will update about the panel as much as I can.

I miss going to Eucon and hosting the homestuck panel. I want to include characters and save money so I can buy prizes for the crowd for games.

If I do get around to hosting a panel in Eugene, Oregon. What would you like to see?

I am not sure why, I think they have mentioned that the Lane Events Center (which they have held Eugene Comicon) was too small and they are trying to find a different place.

I also think the people running eucon would prefer a different time to host the con sincethe date Eucon takes place in the same month as other big cons in Oregon.

I had a scary dream where more trolls we're introduced and I had to expand the audition list Dx

Auditions aren't open

Not yet anyway.

I will open auditions at around the end of August or beginning of September. (Once I also get ahold of Eucon as well. I don't want to get all set up for nothing again).

What I will do is have a limit of how many trolls can be on the panel. I will allow at most three trolls per blood caste!

For example, if three people have a part as a Jade blooded troll, then that means no one else can audition as a Jade blood.

Or if there is only one troll who got the part of a red blooded troll then anyone can audition as another red blood troll.

I will update this blog eventually, have any questions don't be afraid to ask!

One or two (three at most?) trolls from each bloodcaste sounds like it could be a good idea! Are you planning on having all 8 humans on the panel?

That sounds good. It puts an equal amount of different kinds of trolls rather than have mostly red bloods, ect.

Let's see if anyone else wants a say on how I could go about my casting.

There is so many trolls with Homestuck and Hiveswap! This is not including the humans!

Would it be a good idea to have all these positions open?

If there was too many people I could close auditions.Or should I have about 2-3 trolls on each blood caste open instead?Any insight would be helpful!

Eucon HS Panel 2019(?)

Off I go again! Trying to include a Homestuck Panel at the small building of Eugene Comicon!

I would like to add more of a diverse set of characters, thus being the main characters of Homestuck and the main characters of Hiveswap as well! 

I want suggestions from y’all on how I can make this panel fun and inclusive to the audience. Maybe there is a game you would like, or maybe you would like more prizes? ect.

All right everyone! The panel may not be happening, but there is some good news

I will have a meeting area for all the homestucks on November 10th at 12pm at Eugene Comicon. I will host games we can play, photoshoots will happen, and some small prizes!

Meet at Eucon at 12pm. We will meet at the front yard of the building, next to the entrance. Like/reblog this to spread the word and/or if you are going.
