Who’s Cloud 9?

Cloud 9 lives up to it’s name, a feeling of extreme happiness or euphoria, feeling like you’re floating on air. Dreamy, quirky, fun, fresh, youthful, and energetic like their individual charms and overall group dynamic. Cloud 9  is a six-member boy group, age range: 95-99 liners, who gives off a bright and happy vibe, but also has a distinctive style compared to other boy groups under the same category, which incorporates their own color, animated, playful, and whimsical style  into their music and concepts. The six members were chosen by the CEO, and trainers with the help of the public mass from a reality survival show: My Dream Idol, where 14 trainees competed to be a part of the final lineup.

He was sipping on his glass of what while the younger male talked, as the last question made him somewhat choke on the drink and further coughing. “WHAT?!” His eyebrows arched at the silly question made by the other male as Jongdae was still working on getting rid of the cough he had. “Of course, it won’t! Are you some kind of dork or something, hm?” He softly poked his forehead, raising his arm some afterwards to call the waiter out. “I’ll ask for more chicken. Not a spicy one and just for you.”

“Hyung, I’m always a dork. My fans are the weirdest fans in astro...can you believe, they made a lot of memes for me on my birthday?” He chuckled lightly at the thought. Suddenly remembering all the pictures and fanedits that his fans made. “Ah hyung! That is so sweet of you! And yes, that’s the way I like it...not spicy. Next time I’ll have to treat you in return.” he said, flashing a wide and genuine smile.

Jinhwan nodded eagerly, finding it easy to relate with what he was saying. He was not downright shy, but he was closer to introverted than outgoing, and being stuffed in a limited space with many people made him as moody as anyone.

“That’s true. But even in such malls I’d still be worried that Dubu would get stepped on or something. She’s so small…” The miniature dog of three kilograms was happy to greet Eunwoo as he knelt down, wagging her tail and standing on two legs to beg for cuddles. “Hmm, do you know those cat cafes? I heard there are puppy cafes as well. I wonder if there is any nearby… Probably not around the corner, but you know…”

“Aw! I can definitely see that. Perhaps cutie Dubu should stay on someone’s bag instead.” He said while reaching out to pet the dog’s fur. Laughing at the small dog’s actions, and really relieved that he’s welcomed by the dog, unlike other ones that doesn’t really like him. “There are puppy cafes as well? Wow I didn’t know that...we should look it up hyung! We can go right now too if there’s any! I think your cutie dubu needs a treat!” He suggested whilst clasping his hands together.
