also FURTHER context for this is a fic i wrote last year where shoto comes out to fuyumi as transfemme and she has Thoughts about it due to insane internalized misogyny. she ultimately ends up accepting her (no transphobia here) but fuyumi is absolutely convinced that being a girl will ruin the future shoto has worked so hard for and all she wants in life is for her little siblings to be whole and happy. ohhhhhh man. i need to edit that fic with actual research into how alcohol affects the body actually ive never been drunk before. oh well
