Tumblr isn’t the same space that it was for me when I first started using it, but its still the place that I go to whenever I want to write about something that’s on my mind. 

I moved a handful of times as a kid but I remember those times being more magical than it is now. It feels more of a nightmare right now with my mom making big decisions, “asking” even though it’s something she’s already decided and my dad being apathetic about what happens next, answering with “I don’t know, I don’t care” to every question I ask.
