Truly how I feel every single day! I keep having to push through insecurities and vulnerability because I KNOW that what's on the other side is worth it. In June I'm selling all of my stuff and just living around the world as I please, working remotely and adventuring daily. I'm going solo and it's TERRIFYING but once you realize how powerful getting out of your comfort zone is it's pretty much impossible to ever stop. All the content creators out there say it with me, "amennnn!". This mug is a very accurate depiction of how I currently feel: like a hot old mess ☕️...BUT like I have said previously it's all good! All of this traveling is teaching me just how much I love to sit down and do my work. I'm so happy to have these two weeks before I leave for Bangkok to do what I love and to continue on my path to becoming an expert writer. Life is so damn good ✨. (at Downtown Nashville)

This super speaks to me right now! There's a lot of pressure to go out on your own and make things happen for yourself and honestly (for me) the pressure mostly comes from myself 😶. I want to succeed and build something epic that can have positive impact but without having ALREADY created certain habits what I'm doing wouldn't be possible. Habits like: Being in full understanding of when I need to hit the gas or hit the breaks with work so I don't burn out, having a consistently calm mindset, strong multitasking skills, ONLY having positive thoughts and always wanting to learn more. These have been essential to getting myself to where I am today and without question the reason I didn't succeed in being able to pull this off before. I needed to master these (and I'm still getting better daily) before I could actually quit my job and go for my dreams of running social media platforms and becoming a paid writer ✍🏼 while doing some awesome traveling on the side. I booked a spontaneous trip to Thailand 🏙 a few months back and now that it's about 2 weeks away I'm realizing I know nothing about what to do there!! We're flying into Bangkok and I plan to go to Chang Mei as well...any other suggestions from anyone who's been/heard of the best places to go?! Totally clueless and totally really friggin excited ✨. (I've super creeped @lostleblanc's videos on Thailand/Asia traveling and they have been SUCH a massive help. In my happy place = somewhere I've never been ✨. We were walking down the street on our way to Walgreens to buy train passes, all pretty distracted by the chaos of unknown and quite busy Chicago streets when my girlfriend goes: "OH MY GOD! It's the bean!" I look to the side and there's this huge, reflective bean that I legit almost walked past because I was so deep in thought 😂. Huge reminder to myself and everyone else that we have to put a conscious effort into staying in the present moment or else life and all its beauty will literally pass right by you. 💭 (at The Bean)

Sat down. Did some math. Realized that it has been 34 days since I quit my waitressing job and went all in on my dreams. Went like this 😱. Then wrote an epic article (totally unbiased opinion) about it: In 34 Days I have: Quit My Job, Went to Vegas, Got 2 Dream Jobs And Traveled To Colorado-3 Lessons I Learned Along The Journey. Link in bio ✨. PS: Does anybody else put a song on repeat for 3 hours straight and get a ton of work done? This makes me so productive! Here is my personal moment-the moment today where I just bee lined to my bed, was too lazy to take off my shoes, left my clothes in the hamper to be folded later and officially took a breather. What I'm realizing is that everything that is tiring me out is everything that I have been dreaming of. I've been dreaming of having jobs that I love and being able to hustle and create awesome content. I've been dreaming of having so many trips planned that it seems useless to put my suitcase in the closet downstairs anymore. It's almost paradoxical-I have to sit back for a minute in order to be able to fully live through all the things I am doing. I told my friend last night, "I feel like I'm going 90 mph with no sign of slowing down". This is my reminder to slow down and take a minute to just enjoy the ride ✨. (at Nashville, Tennessee)
