mended two pieces of clothes today, both skirts

one is a rouched velvet zara skirt that I got second hand where a seam popped a little

the other is a pleated wrap skirt apparently from asos which I also got second hand. it originally closed with little belts and buckles but those were completely falling apart. it also sat a bit too low on the hips so I removed the original closings and added hooks and eyes and made it sit a little closer to my natural waist.

next I'll be fixing the shoulder seams of a hoodie. I also have the gauntlet of mending a pair of wool shorts where my parents' dog chewed up the zipper and a bit of the crotch

I'm kinda curious if there's a rule for lolita skirts to be rectangle skirts as opposed to circle skirts
