This is Tim.

Tim is a Dawnguard (5-6R) from the 4th dimension.

He's 19 years old here, and among his peers, he's a real black sheep, not because he's an outsider, but because he instills fear in everyone with his magic. The Dawnguard are very wary of mages, and to them, they are more of a weapon than a person.

But this doesn't stop him from being superior to his peers and younger guards.

He doesn't wear any emblems, crosses, or insignia, as he's terribly far removed from any organized group and therefore can't consider himself one. And the time he spent among the boys was probably...its only real value
