First, of all “Lobstrocities” is a sick name for a hockey team, what town do the Lobstrocities play for?

Yeah sure, ill play against the Lobstoricities for you. 

Do you got alot of coaching experience? I’ve never played Beach Hockey before? 

With enough determination, a sponsor, some players, more money than any of us probably have, an official marketing deal, and after meeting the basic requirement of existing, they could possibly play for White Crest.

What’s your definition of “experience” and “a lot?”

Yeah I am never bored here for sure. There’s plenty of unexplained phenomena, but what can I say? Love the people. [User reflects, remembering a bunch of motels and graveyards and not much else]. Chicago is a pretty fun place to be in the fall, before it gets too cold and it stops being hot.  Do you have a favorite place? 

I’m an adjunct professor at WCU, teaching Music Theory. It’s a fun job, really. What is it that you do?

The people tend to bring you back, yeah.

Chicago is beautiful in the fall! Admittedly, I do kind of like it in the winter, too. Maggie Daley Park is particularly fun with the ice skating. I really enjoyed Prague, too. If you’re into architecture, it’s hard to pass up. Coincidentally, it’s also very beautiful in the winter.

Number three, flip ‘em over and go after the bottom. I’m pretty sure it’s squishier underneath. Number four, get some butter. Might be a good meal?

[pm] Ah, so like Mexicans and Spaniards. Got it. Hope you’re able to meet her. She’s got the cutest accent to. Old style of speaking too. Most people think she only uses riddles, but really, she’s blunt as hell. 

It’s doing very well. Never thought I’d ever see the day that people were asking for me to display exhibits at Crest Works Art. Got one that’s about to go international. Will be leaving next month and it’s all about women. Be sure to visit. 

Need some help? I’ve been known to be pretty handy.

Because I like doing the exact opposite of what I’m told, I’ve put some thought into what it would take to put together a team of intrepid, hockey-stick-wielding heroes to take on Lobstrocities at the beach. I’ve been informed there is a 100% chance of getting maimed, and I have no waivers. Bravery required.

Volunteers, tips, and team name suggestions will be taken forthwith.

Yeah, I have. I’ve never had a home and I finally got a chance to make one, so I did. Crazy as this place is, it’s given me everything I got now.  

No need for thanks. It’s what friends do. The jokes are all me though. I know you don’t want to talk about it, and you don’t have to, but I’m here for you. And you have to get used to it since I have a soul. I’m all sorts of mushy gushy now.

And the studio, sounds like it’s really doing well?

Oh. Mushy stuff. What a wonder, I haven’t even unpacked my boxes yet.

You know, I’ve been running for a very long time. This is the first time I’ve ever come back to anywhere that wasn’t Ireland, with the intention of unpacking. If you could stay mushy through whatever comes next, that would be a greater gift than listening to what I’ve been up to for the last year.

I appreciate the congrats though. You know me Caoimhe, I’m full of jokes. The arm is really nothing. Would’ve given an arm for it. You’re right on the ratio. Don’t think I’ve ever felt happier despite the negatives.

This is gonna get a little long…She’s a feisty little sluágh. But I guess most people are little compared to me. Name is Macleod and she’s a nature lover. A lover in general if you’re not on her bad side. Gets real bitey sometimes and she gives me a run for my money when we wrestle. We even speak in code through flowers. She’s really the reason I got my soul back too. Got me the last ingredient even though she was scared of what getting my soul might do to me. Even at the cost of leaving her. I would never. That’s just the start really. But tell me about you. What’s been going on?

Macleod...Scottish? Say Scottish and not English. She sounds lovely, Metzli. I’m glad you’ve found someone for yourself, especially someone who can give as good as she gets. And someone who seems to care about you, that’s the important part.

First of all, congratulations on getting your soul back. I can’t even imagine how important that must be to you. Second of all, condolences on the arm. Congratulations again, your win loss ratio is looking on the up and up.

You’re fine I only know it because all three of my siblings seem to like it and they send them in droves. I think it’s just fun situational comedy.  Some of them can be pretty funny, but i think it’s one of those things that it’s a chuckle the first time you see it and a sigh when you see it the fifth time. 

I’ll admit I don’t know what the local newspaper is called. I haven’t really settled in a place for long enough before to really ever have a pulse on local communities.  I should look at it though. 

Noted. One brilliantly showed up in my email as the only excuse as to why an assignment wasn’t turned in. Top ten emails I’ve received ever, if we’re being honest. Didn’t work, but funny regardless.

White Crest is certainly an interesting town in which to settle down. I’ve also spent most of my life traveling. It’s fun, a little exhausting, a little lonely– [DELETED] but fun. What’s your favorite place of all the places you’ve been?

Hosting a little local exhibit next month. If you would like to have your art displayed, please feel free to enter on our gallery website. We’ll have a High School Exhibit, a 18+ Exhibit, and an Amateur Artist Exhibit for anyone that would like to get their start in the art world.

All artist entries are $20 and all tickets to attend will be $15. All proceeds will go toward The Art Room!
