HELP!
Lost my job and likely career...
I was informed that at the end of this month my company of more than 8 years was letting me go. I am prepared for the sad fact that it will be nearly impossible for me to find a new job that will provide a similar salary to the one I am losing that could continue to support myself and my partner. We are two disabled, neurodivergent, queer individuals just trying to stay afloat.
So, I am officially turning 100% to my art to keep us fed until I can find a new job. Likely continuing after one is found as well. The job market plus today's economy, am I right? 😮💨
I have experience with character designs, simple animations, pen and ink, reference sheets, icons, and a preference for digital media. Although rusty, I also have a degree in Game Art and Design. I am open to long term projects and contract work.
I hope you can understand that my base, starting price for all pieces at this time will be
$50 US dollars.
Pricing may then increase based on complexity and estimated time of completion. Payment is preferred through PayPal but exceptions may be made.

Underground is a weird place
When I was a kid, I thought those pillars went down to the sea floor.
In reality, they usually go down to some large submerged floats.
I dislike this.
Pillars and floats like that are pretty stable, compared to regular boats, so there’s even a research vessel, called FLIP, that purposefully capsizes itself to be more steady when conducting research.
