“Jonathan is my name…from the looks of it, were you watching me sleep during this all time?” He was rather curious a bit to know about the stranger of such but was secretly a bit concern at the same time.
She blushes as she realizes how awkward the situation seemed.
“Yes -- Ah, no. I mean ----!” Pausing, she takes a deep breath to recollect herself before trying again. “You had fainted. A couple of people around here helped me move you to this cot. I just remained nearby to make sure you were okay...” she fiddles with her fingers as her gaze drifts down.
darkxfalcons
“I appreciated it but who are you?”
She flusters while taking a step back. “Ah, sorry! Me name is...” she hesitates for a brief second, even losing eye contact with the male before she responds. “Eve. It’s a pleasure to meet you... uh ---- ?”
She didn’t actually know who she’d been sitting alongside while they were resting. Though she could tell they were either in a high stress environment or were a hard worker, as she takes the habit of studying people wherever she goes. And so, she’d been watching him from a distance while he remained around.
“ugh…how long was I asleep for?”
“Not too long. You shouldn’t have pushed yourself,” she scolds with a scowl on her face.
sorry that i haven’t been on for like a min. i had a hard drive failure which has now been fixed. :>

The blond tensed at the first crash of thunder, shoulders drawing high before relaxing. Rain he could deal with. Though there was a good chance practice would be cancelled because of it depending on how bad it got.
Tsukishima wondered if he had an umbrella stashed in the bottom of his bag still or maybe in his locker for volleyball.
“That’s unfortunate. What you do to one side of the equation you have to do to the other.”
Maybe he shouldn’t bring up the math problem again. Maybe he should have offered some sort of solution or sympathy or something.
“The rain might let up before school lets out.”
As the equation was brought back up, it provided a decent distraction for a problem the entire class would inevitably have to face.
“Right!” she responds with a nod as she fills in the blank to try and figure out the equation. “Does that answer look right?” she questions, tilting her head out of habit as she observed her hard work.
Unsure of the answers, it would be easier if the instructor had just given the entire class an answer sheet to figure out if she got the problem right!
When the topic of rain is brought back, Evelen nods her head quickly while placing the end of her pen in her mouth and while speaking, it bobs. “I hope so too... I wasn’t prepared for this weather.”
@crowinthemoonlight -- just the beginning part. :>

“Great!” Morgan said with a clap of her hands, keeping an eye on Eve as they made their way to the buildings. It wasn’t that she didn’t trust Eve, but more as in making sure the girl was okay. This isn’t a everyday thing for most people and she doesn’t want to put too much on the other.
“That’s… close to the truth.” The princess had to think of how to best word everything, there was many reasons as to why. She mostly just trying to be careful about what she said. “I guess it’s safe for me to at least say that Lilith is a astral dragon, not my stable-hand. Don’t ask me what that means because I don’t completely understand it all myself. But if you go greet her-” she pointed at a shrine looking place with water around it with a tree growing around it. “-I’m sure you would understand what I mean by dragon~”
Nearing the place she opened up the door waiting for Eve to walk in, the whole time she kept up with the smile on her face.
“Oh, that’s because the army is made up of both Nohrians and Hoshidans! Even some of my siblings are here, I’m sure you’ll get along with them~” Finally reaching a door Morgan turned to fully face Eve. “Anyway, this room is free! Also… I’m probably talking a lot, and I know almost nothing about you so why not after you’ve settled in you tell me a bit about yourself?”
Well, Morgan did state the truth as she found herself in their entirely new world. And now, Evelen too was going through an internal struggle. Should she be honest with her new ally?
It was obvious that something was on her mind as she began to chew her lip and was only taking small glances at the small dragon. Yet, her expression remains fierce.
Small pieces would be easy enough, and then maybe one day she’d fill in the blanks was the decision.
“I too am from Nohr, and I worked under King Garon in the military. I spent most of my time on the Training Grounds which was why I recognized you, to a degree. But with how hectic things became in the Kingdom, my family and I fled.”
Evelen only hopes that her trust in Morgan would not be in vain. Her worries remain as, no matter what the rumors say, Morgan did live under King Garon as his child. The strategist could only wonder where the little dragon’s loyalty lies when it comes to desperate situations.

Tsukishima stared at the problem, taking a moment to solve it before speaking. “Yes you can subtract the two. If you something to one side what do you need to do to the other?”
He was going to try and be nice. Try and help her but what were the chances of this going well?
Not high.
Tsukishima stared at her before thinking better of it. Staring might just make her more nervous or something.
Tsukishima was right on that account. As with every second his piercing gaze lands on her, Evelen’s lips tighten due to nerves and she’s unable to focus on her assignment. Why was interacting with other humans so difficult?
It also didn’t help that he seemed w a y above her in terms of their social standings in school.
Then BAM!
Evelen nearly jumps from her seat at the loud crash of thunder and the illuminating flash that nearly blinds the classroom. Not long after, an onslaught of rain descends in heavy bursts and thick clouds darken the once happy sky.
“Ah, it started raining.” Eve couldn’t help but point out the obvious.
No matter how stupid it was, it helped relieve her nervous from the silence cast between the two. If only the rest of the classroom was that way, as the realization that they would have to walk home in the rain causes the students that remained in the room to become boisterous.
“... aaaannnnndddd I didn’t bring my umbrella.” Evelen pouts as she stares out the window, already forgetting the entire reason why she sat down with Tsukishima to begin with as this new problem arose.
crowinthemoonlight
Reading over the problem, Tsukishima felt himself wanting to sigh and held back. He’d promised to help. There would be no point in getting annoyed or put out right away.
Solving for ‘y’ was fairly simple. It wasn’t even one of the more complicated problems. At least for him it wasn’t. First things first he had to figure out where to start. “What do you think the first step is?” Better find out what he was working with first before trying to explain anything.
Hopefully that would cut down on any…..confusion and make this whole process easier. For him. “Do you know what the first step is supposed to be?”
Uh... math?
Okay, don’t say that! Gotta not look like an idiot!
“Uh... minus the two from here?” she decides to try.
She couldn’t remember if you were supposed to add and subtract or multiply and divide first. Shit, why is math a thing?!
Evelen already predicted that Tsukishima would abandon her after question two, but she would try to hold out as long as possible!

❄ ‘ w- wa - wait!’ the stutter of her words - felicia was quickly on her feet and reaching for the female and stopping her with a small snag of the back of the woman’s shirt.
‘ please - hold on!’ she gasped out, as the tremble of her hands was easily felt, while felicia dare not look up from her current situation. ‘ I am .. I am not going to harm you in anyway, just please.. give me a moment to explain!’ she hoped that alone would buy her time to ease the intruder. if word had gotten out that.. she feared for the worst..
‘ i know - i look like a m - monster.. but please, you must understand - it really was an accident! it wasn’t suppose to lead into this mess - it just..’ oh this was going to be much tougher to explain. ❄
Gaah! Evelen chokes as the vampire maid from Nohr snatches onto the back of her clothing, securing her in place.
How could one explain themselves out of this situation? She was holding the murder weapon!
“I -- uh,” how would she get herself out of here with the least amount of pain?
Evelen was a tactician. A strategist! One skill she contained very well was her ability to listen. Okay, and deep breaths.
Quickly smacking her shirt from the maid’s grasp, Eve decides to give her a smmmmaaaallll chance at redemption, or well, hopefully, it leads to a distraction. “Okay, explain! -- But don’t come anywhere near me! Move even an inch and I’ll scream as loud as I can --!” while running as fast as she can, which wasn’t fast, but the maid didn’t need to know that!

❄ she was indeed a mess. the blood covered her hands - lips - along her clothes.. you could say in the very least that this feeding was a difficult one to put down. felicia had turned right at the sound of of someone’s gasp - and blinked lightly when she heard the other’s ramble of words.
‘ - i uh, uhm.’ she blinked ‘ - it was an accident.. ❄
Wide brown doe eyes stare down at the pink - haired female. The red blood contrasts her pale skin and seems to make her baby blues eyes pop as they stare up at Evelen.
Her words couldn’t form like normal, too shocked by the situation. This person could turn on her, and Evelen liked her neck without any gaping holes or blood dripping from it.
“I’ll uh -- leave you to it then...” She needs to escape and alert someone to the situation.

That was unexpected. Tsukshima sighed and let out his own tsk. Last thing he wanted to do was help anyone with their homework. It had gotten to the point were even Yamaguchi didn’t so much as need his help, just a second set of eyes to look everything over.
“You can leave me alone.” He didn’t want money and there wasn’t anything he need. Besides why would he bother helping someone he didn’t even know. That didn’t stop him from hearing a voice in the back of his head (very Yamaguchi sounding much to his cringe) and rubbing the bridge of his nose. “Fine. First dumb question and I stop helping.”
Eh. A drop of sweat slips down her cheek.
Okay, first goal: no dumb questions! -- That would be easy for a math inept, right?
“That works. Thank you!” The worried expression she had mere seconds before was drowned out by a happy one. No sense in alerting him that she might mess up this exchange.
Gently placing the book down on the desk before him, she easily flips it to a page that contains the homework due, as well as her horrid notes. There might have been a reason she wasn’t understanding the course, if her notes indicate anything.
She’d seen him assist Hinata, and her friends had recommended him to her -- as they’d had nothing but ‘nice’ things to say about him. She had to work up the courage to even speak to him, though annoyance was the leading key to her actually asking him with his rude attitude. Evelen was beginning to think this might have been a trick by her friends.
“So, I have no idea how to solve for ‘y’ on this one,” she admits as her finger lingers over the very first equation on the blank sheet, just waiting for her ( or well, him ) to answer. At least she wrote her name on her homework!
@eveluticn liked for a starter
“If you want help with your homework again go ask someone else.” Tsukshima cracked open an eye then the other. That was not Hinata or Kagayama standing in front of him.
Evelen’s head glances away as her cheeks puff in annoyance. He was spot on, and she couldn’t help but let out a tsk as her tongue snaps against her teeth.
Her slender fingers tighten to grip the school book closer to her chest.
“Fine,” she pouts, but if she didn’t get his help then she wouldn’t pass. Math was too hard! Why were numbers involved?! “How - how about I pay you?” she offers. Wait, she didn’t have any money. “Uh... never mind. -- what can I do to convince you to help me?” she tries. Inching closer to him, giving him ‘puppy eyes’ in hopes that he’ll give in.

tomboi-boi
A soft groan escaped their lips as they sat up slowly, not realizing someone was beside them until they opened their eyes slowly. Then again their eyes were only slits due to the amount of sun coming into the room. What had happened the night before? Hell if they remembered, perhaps later it’ll come flooding back. For now though, they needed some water.
“Are you okay?” They asked the stranger. Truth be told they didn’t even work their, they just so happened upon the party and decided to join in with the fun! Surely their thieving friends will be proud of them. “You look a bit… upset.” Rubbing the back of their head they gave a sheepish smile. “I hope it’s not because of me.”
Blue eyes scanned the room after opening all the way. Not a terrible hangover but certainly an annoying one. “Well, I better get going, but if you need me I’ll stay.” just in case she was to be ill or in trouble.
Brown strands cascade over her face, which she quickly tucks behind her ear.
What even happened? This person was not even familiar. At least, they didn’t work in her department, which left Evelen more confused.
Pushing herself off of them, she stands to scoot her skirt back into a proper position. Normally not one to wear skirts, yesterday had been the exception due to the party, and it was an obvious error as she was sure it had hiked higher and higher as she’d slept until it revealed everything.
Redness covers Evelen’s cheeks, but not at the idea of her bottom being shown, rather it was the idea that she was caught lying with another person.
“I don’t think... I wanna be here either,” Eve admits as seeing her coworkers waking up was not appealing. Thankfully, they seem unconscious from the previous night. Eve only hopes they remain that way until she escapes.
Wavering lightly, she gently leans against the sofa as she requests, “Do you mind walking me to my car? I don’t think I’ll make it there by myself.”
