When Waluigi took his fill of the various candies, Tsuki went about carefully unwrapping one herself before placing it in her mouth. Human sweets were so good! And there was so much more variety than on the moon.

“Hmhmm, I am just a traveler. Do you think I’m something else?” Technically not a lie on that one, but she was curious.

Oh, wait. These were actually pretty good indeed. She wasn’t expecting any form of compensation, right? Because Waluigi literally could not come up with a thing on the spot... nor did he probably want to in the first place (this is Waluigi we’re talking about still).

“I dunno. Waluigi could’ve sworn you thought it was fiesta fun times instead and lookin’ to pin some donkey with a tail.” He motioned towards the blindfold wrapped around her face.

“Plus you look fancy all dressed up like-a that.”

There we go. No one can say no to delicious snacks. The deity tilted her head, smiling as she offered a handful.

“Here, take as many as you like.”

Muttering to himself, he began taking a piece or two... ah, make that several more to a handful. Waluigi got zero candy tonight and now may be his only chance.

“T-Thanks... “ He said with an obviously begrudging tone, though it didn’t stop him from already unwrapping one to pop into his mouth.

“Say, if that ain’t a costume, what the heck are you s’posed to be anyway? Waluigi would do anything to look naturally perfect for the season, even if Waluigi looks perfect in every other scenario.”

With such a goofy-looking "costume," this guy MUST be participating. Olimar's son and daughter run up to him, baskets out, before their father can stop them. // "TRICK OR TREAT!" they shout in unison.

Well, this was an utter disappointment. He goes throughout the entirety of October without even picking a costume -- even with many to choose from the dollar store! But in the end, he learned that his ideal costume was with him all this time.

Not that Waluigi was very happy about it.
