A part of Deltarune that doesn't hit you unless you're super into it and super-over think it is how gross it feels when the characters reveal information that you already knew because you looked where you shouldn't

Noelle hoping the balls weren't real octopus didn't surprise me cause her dialogue for the darkburger says she doesn't want real meat, but I never had to feed her that item in game. I knew it from checking the code.

Similarly, you know Susie isn't good at spelling way before she writes the letter to Alvin because all her dialogue is written, she doesn't know you know and it feels so wonderfully uncomfortable.

Kris age 4 & Asriel driving out with Asgore while he plays his college CD mix and My Sharona comes on. They start singing the chorus.

Kris: MY JARONA!

Asgore: Oh haha, it's ''Sharona' Kris

Kris: MYYYY JARONA!!

They proceed to spend weeks holding out stuff and saying it's their jarona.

Deltarune, fire, and glass (aka DESS LOSTGIRL her MARBLES THEORY!!)

I'm still thinking about the knight looking like a cat's eye marble.

Glass only melts at very high temperature, otherwise, fire just blackens the glass and eventually, it shatters from the pressure. You can't exactly synthesize it back to sand. It's like a "dead" object. Maybe that's why the Black Shard doesn't change between worlds.

Now I don't believe The Knight is a marble or that its weapon is, but I guess you could stretch it to say the knight uses a marble like a Pokeball. Marbles are practically impossible to break, what if the knight just gets insde a clear one to protect itself, and that's what the "cat's eye" part is?

Stupid idea aside, what would a marble turn to in the dark world? it's pure glass. Sometimes it's colored with dye but that's it. Would it become anything, or remain the same? And, if the truth is written in glass and can't be changed even if shattered, can you at least burn it? Obscure it?

I think "Blackened knife" means it's literally burnt, that's why it's strong, but chips off extremely quick.

"The Knight, which makes with blackened knife" and many such others have always indicated to me that fire is going to be important. Asriel was a fan of "the fiery magician girl" and Ralsei was capable of using FireShock all along. While fire is a Dreemurr monster trait in Undertale, here it seems to be setting up another layer to how Dess never thought she would fit in, if Noelle's default dark world magic is ice, Dess' was fire, filling the roles from Dragon Blazers III along with Asriel, the healer, and Kris, the Sword Hero. If Ralsei knows something about fire in the prophecy (since he knows about the knight, I don't see why he wouldn't know who it is), maybe that's why he taught Susie healing magic and kept the fire to himself, only using it once the idea of acting by himself is brought into his mind, and I guess it's ok because it was a pojectile and it was gonna kill Susie? An impulsive reaction.

Also Eram = fire. Yes I think Eram is Dess (and you don't wanna know my second candidate)

I take Susie saying "i guess the knight just wants to see everything burn" as another Susie parallel to DessKnight.

The only other distinct incident apart from Kris' trauma origins (it's the wiffle bat incident, but I guess people think that's too simple) that we haven't yet seen but will, is "coldwater fell from the sky" Noelle will lose control of her powers at some point. So what happened to Dess?

that's why it looks like its hind legs are melting into its "tail", and why its tail is actually leaves. And why it's called tree_fox, that was bothering me lmao. The text "Netskie scratches where a heart had been carved in it" is really specific. That's so sad to me omg, even if that part of the tree wasn't used, does every Netskie remember that?

If Noelle does join us in the Dark World and nothing changes in aborted weird route, I don't know how i'd take it. Yes Noelle is just a Noelle, but like imagine getting into the first battle and Kris commands her to ACT and she just loses it. She's been forced to kill everyone and now that we're not alone she's told to ACT and SPARE all nice and dandy like nothing happened.

Mewmewqueen is Alphys, who talks about The Symptons in ch1. A pack usually has necessary vanilla patches and mod tools that unlock the real potential of a game and allow actual mods in the first place. This is why FRIEND looks like Endogeny? A PACK. A PACK OF DOGS? Toby that's not FUCKING FUNNY.

because if the blog entry /egg is linking to the /rain one, the events in /egg came AFTER /rain, after Catti, a real person, was added to the game.

/catpetterz is blog entry one, /rain is the second!! /bluecircle is the third, and /egg is the last!!!

FRIEND is a glitched virus Sim of a real person coming to life creepypasta style. It's corrupted data partly patterned after a real lightner, not a vessel, not a lightner's ideal self like Mettaton. "(I'll try not to corrupt that one XP)" yeah okay.

The egg left due to happiness because all it wanted was for Noelle to take care of it. Catti will protect Noelle. That's why the "inferno of jealousy" also seemed to hint at FRIEND for some. That's why the MIKE room has something going on. Pluey is the one game that takes a lot longer to get a highscore on, and "makes Mike a cat" What's the game? Sheltering cats from the rain.

Cat Petterz 2 is Noelle's PC game, The Mike Room is the Cat Petterz RPG cartridge, Dragon Blazers is a book and the base game the RPG was built on. What if all deleted data within Deltarune ends up in the same place, no matter how "real" it is, and that's why Spamton knows about UNUSED. Instead of in the literal shelter these guys met in Nowhere in the depths of the code, all three got out radically changed.

Spamton was a means to an end, he was the spam email that (somebody) used to send Noelle this code of random letters and numbers, a Keygen. Noelle points out that one pet was very keen on the blue circle, this has to be Catti's pet, /bluecircle comes before /egg because this pet was sent to the trash along with Spamton, no pets is what gave her FRIEND. That's the garbage can they met at. If DELTARUNE is a computer program, it has to have an exploit. Whoever sent this keygen did it to open a backdoor to edit the game.

Spamton is a really complicated darkner that didn't need an explanation on how he works, he's a spam email that was fed into Cat Petterz by Noelle, that somehow met the TV and found Mettaton's dream body, like nothing is off the table here, i'm just the noticer.

What better way to close this ramble that's about to get the freedom motif than to point out, the last entry after /egg is /code, it talks about the Dragon Blazers RPG site getting a bunch of ARG pages... that lead to nothing.

The Netskie hat is OP as fuck because the Netskie enemy is the Penumbra Big Shot Shelter Inside Me enemy.

It confirms Kris made Card Kingdom as it only turns into enemies from Kris' worlds

It's a kitsune so of course it has numerous disguises and tricks others, but it's also obviously leaing into 'tricky tony'

And it's also a tree?

Google isn't turning anything, so let me tell you a really cool detail of the Mew Mew fight.

This attack is probably a Momotaro reference.

Not only do these balls look just like the falling peaches we've been avoiding, but they split in two with a heart inside, peaches are likened to hearts (and butts, of course) with Momoiro being Pink in Japanese, literally "peach color". Momotaro is another compound that means "Peach Boy"

Momotaro is a (maybe The) traditional hero's journey from Japan, a lady one day sees a giant peach floating down the river, and when she cuts it open, it reveals a baby sent to her by the gods. Maddie's peach attack works this way too! Kinda impressive to fit a Godzilla and Momotaro nod in one attack
