it is actually mind-blowing to see the ppl around me looking at food and not seeing calories. just straight up not thinking abt food until they’re hungry & eating till they’re satisfied automatically. like their lives don’t revolve around food and calories and numbers and they don’t feel the urge to binge bc they went 5cals over their limit and they’ve ruined everything and they don’t have panic attacks over going to a restaurant,?
