Hello, I’m Chatoru or Shrimpxy. I’m an artist and writer, but I do other things as well. I work in a lot of mediums, but typically I sketch traditionally or mess around digitally.
My art is inconsistent because I have a tendency to attempt to replicate the style of the media my fanart is from, and I’m always learning. My art is a slow process (plus this is a certified phone and finger user) so I won’t always post.
This blog has a strict NO NSFW or generative AI rule. Though, it’s not spoiler free because I’m evil like that.
I tend to be rather formal, but don’t be intimidated by that! Follow if you dare…

I’ve been drawing for over a decade now, but my art isn’t exactly impressive. I study other people’s work a lot and am a big art enthusiast. That applies for any and every medium. I have a very big hoard of concept art from games and anime and I love it very much!
I give no one permission to use my art in any way unless it was made for you. Even if it was made for you it can only be used for non-commercial purposes and I do not condone the usage of my art to be modified, used to train AI, sold, distributed, used as “inspiration” for AI models, etc by ANYONE.
I don’t do commissions at all, and doing requests is uncommon.

I like making friends! I’m friendlier than I seem I promise. Just no kms/kys, SH or NSFW content/jokes. I’m uncomfortable with other things too but I’ll tell ya if you talk to me/want to know.
Tone tags are helpful, but not necessary. I will misunderstand things though and have a tough time with text.
I really like Maruki from P5R (he’s my favourite character). I’m into other fandoms too.
