Sorry I haven’t posted anything in a bit! Today is my birthday and yeah, super duper busy at the moment (and will be for a while)! I only have some super simple art for now because that last illustration made me sleepy (yes, I have an art battery). It’s not impressive, but I hope you’re having a great day! :D

Fifteen hours added to my phone screen time and my brain ‘sploded. Had to take a few creative liberties because yes, I know, he swings his arm whilst holding his treasure and it turned into his staff before evolving his persona but, the torch just adds a lot to it. Plus I know Adam Kadmon is absolutely massive compared to Maruki… the canvas size! The canvas size! I don’t want to put the persona that far back! I really enjoyed playing with the gold and the lighting, it’s not perfect, as I am rather new to illustration, but I think I did well, and I hope to continue to like it in the future.

Drawing Maruki is somehow not easy for me even though I’ve done a ton of sketches

I think I figured out why?

He’s just a guy and he’s not crazy like Akechi or potentially crazy like Ren, which is why it’s hard to pose him like I usually do with everyone else

To start my activity up again I wanna share the thing I’ve been obsessed with for a while now, shuake and more importantly my hybrid au that I will be working on a fic for soon…

I’m keeping them seperate because I wanna share a little thing about this latter piece

It was made with the thought that Ren would take photos to keep when he went back home and I think his phone is full of Akechi. Either photos of Akechi where he didn’t know he was being photographed or just cosy things like this.

…especially in 3rd sem because all Ren knows is that Akechi might disappear after.

Anyway I also made it a small detail that Akechi hides in the feathers at his neck like a bird. I actually don’t know if crows do this I just saw a pigeon do this in the period of time I was working on it and I thought it would be very cute if Akechi did it too.
