i USED to love reading fic about characters i knew nothing about until i realised, 7 chapters into what i thought was a cute little slowburn, that one of the characters was a grown ass man while the other was in HIGH SCHOOL

i am constantly oscillating between speaking too soft and borderline shouting and i never explain things to the appropriate degree. Also, i study tv shows and book dialogue so i can mimic how they speak and use it to learn how to talk normally. Also, I'm only ever truly engaged with a conversation when it's about one of my favourite medias which i really really really like.
What does this mean for me ? Am i cooked ?
orv being a celebration of storytelling as an artform just for its own story to be butchered and altered into capitalistic mainstream media slop is actually sick and thinking about it makes me nauseous
growing up with naruto as my first anime changed the way i viewed rivals in media forever
my toxic trait is that i almost always only get into media when there's yuri / yaoi involved
The way orv says even the most boring, cliche, convoluted story is worth telling if it is loved. The way orv says people are stories made up of everything they've experienced and everyone they've known throughout their lives. The way orv says I love you. You are a story worth telling.
